So TODAY is the the BIG DAY!!! Our new album “Pickin’ up the Pieces” comes out!! Everyone in the band is so excited for the release. I hope you all go get the CD/Vinyl at a record store, or download it from iTunes or order the CD from Amazon. It has been a lot of hard work to get to this point but every moment has been worth it.
If you’re getting this email it’s cause you’ve crossed paths with us either at a show or via a friend turning you onto the music or through your own pursuit of great music on the internet! From playing Kansas to Salt Lake City, Peoria Illinois to Seattle, LA to NYC we have met so many great people after shows. People are always asking us “when are you coming back to Boulder?” “Arlington, Texas misses u, come back”… We WILL, PROMISE. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
You knew about us before ANYONE!!! and have supported us by spreading the word of FATT!! So I wanna ask you all to keep spreading the word, tell your friends, ask your local indie record store if they have the new record. Request us on your local rock station/NPR station or the local college radio station. I promise this, and anyone who has met us after a show knows we are sincere when we say, Help us promote this album, turn people onto the record, make your own poster, get your friend to spin us on his college radio show! We take care of our fans and new friends and will return the favor. Whether it’s getting u on the list at a local show or inviting you down to sound check or hanging with you and having a beer after a show. We are also gonna have some exclusive content that we are gonna give to anyone whowants to be a part of TEAM F.A.T.T.. as we start to tour to promote this record.
We started this band on our own, without anyone helping us, a true DIY credo and its because of you that we have been able to grow and have so many amazing opportunities come our way. For each of us in the band this has truly been a labor of love, something we feel so deeply when we play together. When we look out at the audience and see you smiling and dancing your butts off with us we all know there is something special going on here.We are truly grateful and humbled by your passion for our music and it only makes us want to sweat out every last drop of ass kickin’, soul clappin’, booty shakin’ funky grooves for YOU!!!!!
